Consumer Sales Supervisor (STX) (Multiple positions available)

Job Summary

The Consumer Sales Supervisor will be directly responsible for the growth and development of our consumer sales channels. Developing a community sale team, strategic planning of mobile sales Pop-up shops. Guiding dealers through the purchase decision and activation process of all Viya’s product offerings, as well as providing equipment support, some technical assistance, billing, and collections. The incumbent of this position must be able to communicate effectively, possess great organizational skills, lead by example, and encourage a positive work environment. Directly responsible for management of the wireless store in all aspects. Meeting quotas assigned and preparing for local sales events in the community.

Qualifications or Prerequisites

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise and coordinate work schedules and activities of retail sales employees in assigned area
  • Develop retention strategies
  • Conduct regular visits sales channels and assigned offsite locations to ensure consistency with company standards
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency throughout operations
  • Develop a mobile sales team
  • Develop strategic plans for pop-up shops
  • Grow and support Dealer Channel
  • Develop and manage support channel for dealers
  • Provide optimum Customer experience and develop positive relationships
  • Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with back office processes and operational requirements
  • Perform other duties and functions as outlined by direct manager, that help to foster and develop channel needs and success
