Farmshelf Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Farmshelf is an early-stage high-growth startup that builds smart indoor farms. Our bookshelf-sized Farmshelfs provide leafy greens and herbs year-round to food halls, corporate cafeterias and restaurants, including those of acclaimed chefs José Andrés, Marcus Samuelsson, and Claus Meyer. Together, our team of engineers, designers, fabricators, technicians and plant scientists take on the challenges of creating agricultural technology innovations to feed our growing urban populations.
The sales and marketing coordinator will be based in Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. She/he will assist the CRO in all matters related to sales and marketing including social media, client interactions, order fulfillment, content creation and general support.

Manage and respond to website inquiries
Manage HubSpot CRM
Manage Klaviyo marketing automation system and assist with content creation including newsletter deployment.
Coordinate/ create sales materials and decks.
Manage list of orders to fulfill, delivery commitments and priority reservations.
1-2 years sales, marketing or data experience or relevant internships.
Deep social media knowledge especially Instagram and Linked In
Comfortable working with Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive
Data savvy with ability to quickly learn HubSpot, DocSend, Klaviyo and Airtable
Excellent writing skills
Experience working with vertical farming, food or hospitality
Love and knowledge of food and agriculture
Willingness to take on new challenges
$55,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
